Module 7

Narrator:

Caring for a person with dementia may bring many challenges for the caregiver, who is constantly paying attention to the person receiving care, and often, disregarding their own.

By strengthening our self-compassion, we strengthen our relationship with others, and that may improve our ability to provide care.
